1. दायरा और operator जानकारी
यह नीति bitentraq.online पर लागू होती है। कोई company name, registration number, tax/VAT या verified street address उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है। Privacy questions के लिए [email protected] उपयोग करें।
2. लागू privacy framework
भारत का Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 और 14 November 2025 को notified Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 भारत में digital personal data processing का मुख्य statutory framework बनाते हैं। यह policy उस framework के transparency, purpose limitation, security और individual rights principles को ध्यान में रखती है। किसी specific obligation की applicability facts, commencement provisions और operator status पर निर्भर कर सकती है।
3. कौन-सा personal data मिल सकता है
Contact form भेजने पर नाम, email, subject और message प्राप्त हो सकते हैं। Server/hosting infrastructure IP address, request time, user agent, requested URL और security logs जैसी technical information स्वतः record कर सकता है।
4. Health information न भेजें
Bitentraq diagnosis service नहीं है। Contact form में detailed sexual history, diagnosis, prescriptions, medical reports, Aadhaar, payment information या अन्य unnecessary sensitive information न भेजें।
5. Processing purposes
- आपके message का उत्तर देना;
- website security, abuse prevention और troubleshooting;
- legal obligations या rights की रक्षा;
- consent मिलने और वास्तविक analytics configuration होने पर optional measurement.
6. Consent और notice
जहाँ consent processing basis है, consent specific purpose के लिए होना चाहिए और वापस लिया जा सकता है। Contact form के पास purpose notice दिया गया है।
7. Cookies और localStorage
इस build में consent preference browser localStorage में रखी जाती है ताकि banner बार-बार न दिखे। GA4, GTM, Cookiebot और reCAPTCHA IDs currently empty हैं; इसलिए site code उन्हें active service के रूप में claim नहीं करता।
8. Affiliate tracking
Business model affiliate घोषित है, लेकिन current build में affiliate partner या affiliate destination configured नहीं है। इसलिए active affiliate click tracking का दावा नहीं किया जाता। भविष्य में partner tracking जोड़ी जाए तो policy और disclosure update होने चाहिए।
9. Recipients और processors
Hosting/email providers data process कर सकते हैं जहाँ website चलाने या message deliver करने के लिए जरूरी हो। कोई named third-party processor list उपलब्ध नहीं कराई गई है, इसलिए हम ऐसी सूची invent नहीं करते।
10. Retention
Contact enquiries को purpose पूरा होने और reasonable follow-up period तक रखा जाना चाहिए, जब तक legal/security need longer retention न मांगती हो। Server logs hosting/security configuration के अनुसार अलग अवधि तक रह सकते हैं।
11. Security
Site input validation, CSRF token और honeypot जैसी basic controls उपयोग करती है। कोई website absolute security guarantee नहीं दे सकती; production hosting को HTTPS, updates, backups, access control और mail security सही तरीके से configure करनी चाहिए।
12. International processing
Hosting या email infrastructure India के बाहर operate कर सकता है। Actual provider information उपलब्ध होने पर cross-border details उसी आधार पर update की जानी चाहिए।
13. आपके rights
लागू DPDP framework के तहत individuals को personal data से जुड़े access/summary, correction, erasure, grievance redressal और consent withdrawal जैसे rights मिल सकते हैं, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Request के लिए [email protected] पर लिखें।
14. शिकायतें
पहले website contact channel पर grievance भेजें। Applicable law के तहत unresolved matters के लिए Data Protection Board of India का statutory mechanism प्रासंगिक हो सकता है।
15. Children
यह content adults के लिए लिखा गया है और knowingly children से personal data माँगने के लिए design नहीं है।
16. Third-party links
Current build में commercial external affiliate destinations configured नहीं हैं। भविष्य के external sites अपनी privacy policies के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।
17. Updates
Functionality, legal requirements या integrations बदलने पर policy update की जा सकती है। Material changes के बाद text को actual site behavior से दोबारा मिलाना चाहिए।
